App 02 — e-Sprawozdanie

Trial balance in. e-KRS filing package out.

Every Polish company files an annual financial statement, and every accounting office loses the same weeks to it. e-Sprawozdanie takes the balance sheet and P&L straight out of Symfonia or Comarch and returns the whole package — the e-KRS XML, the notes, the board resolutions — zipped and ready to sign. A panel of AI reviewers reads it against the Accounting Act first and tells you where it disagrees.

What's inside
  • Balance sheet and P&L in from Symfonia or Comarch — XML, XLSX or PDF
  • e-KRS XML plus notes and resolutions as DOCX, zipped for KRS/RDF
  • Cash flow and statement of changes in equity filled from the trial balance
  • AI review panel flags discrepancies against the Accounting Act before signing
  • Company details pulled from the GUS/KRS register by NIP

What it is

The Polish annual financial statement (sprawozdanie finansowe) is a fixed, unforgiving deliverable: a schema-valid XML for e-KRS, an introduction and set of notes matching the right appendix to the Accounting Act, resolutions approving the whole thing. The content is almost entirely derivable from the books — which is what makes doing it by hand every spring so expensive.

e-Sprawozdanie derives it. Upload the year’s balance sheet and P&L as they come out of Symfonia or Comarch, add the trial balance if you have it, and you get back the XML for the register, the introduction and notes as an editable DOCX, the resolutions, and a ZIP ready to go to KRS/RDF. Company particulars come from the GUS/KRS register off the NIP. Comparative figures for the prior year come from last year’s filing.

Then a panel of AI reviewers goes through the output — a control variant plus a compliance pass — and reports what it found: figures that don’t tie, disclosures missing for the unit type, positions that contradict each other. It’s advisory, with a confidence score against each finding. The document stays yours to sign.

How it works

  1. Identify the company. Enter the NIP; name, registry data and unit particulars are pulled from the GUS/KRS register.
  2. Upload the books. Balance sheet and P&L from Symfonia or Comarch as XML, XLSX or PDF, plus the trial balance if you want the cash flow statement and equity movements derived rather than drafted.
  3. Choose the scope. Micro (appendix 4), small (appendix 5) or full (appendix 1). Fifteen accounting-policy sections are generated by default; override any of them.
  4. Review the findings. The AI panel reports figures that don’t tie, missing disclosures and contradictory positions, each with a confidence score and the basis cited.
  5. Download the package. Schema-valid e-KRS XML, notes and resolutions as DOCX, everything in one ZIP for KRS/RDF — ready for signatures.

Inputs and outputs

In: balance sheet and profit-and-loss account from Symfonia or Comarch (XML, XLSX or PDF), an optional trial balance, and the CIT-8 workings for the corporate income tax reconciliation. Out: the e-KRS XML, the introduction and notes as editable DOCX, the approving resolutions, and a single ZIP for the register. Prior-year comparatives are carried over from last year’s filing.

Accounts and audit trail

Accounting offices work from one account with multiple clients, roles and permissions; every action is written to an audit log. The AI review is advisory — it points at what to check and says how sure it is — and the statement remains the preparer’s to approve and sign.

Frequently asked questions

Which accounting systems does e-Sprawozdanie import from?

Symfonia and Comarch, as XML, XLSX or PDF exports of the balance sheet and P&L. A trial balance can be added to derive the cash flow statement and the statement of changes in equity.

Is the output accepted by e-KRS?

The statement is produced as schema-valid e-KRS XML, with the notes and resolutions as DOCX and everything zipped for filing with KRS/RDF.

Which unit types are covered?

Micro units (appendix 4), small units (appendix 5) and full-scope units (appendix 1) of the Accounting Act.

Does the AI sign off the statement?

No. The review panel is advisory: it lists discrepancies with a confidence score and the basis for each finding. The preparer decides and signs.

Can one office manage many companies?

Yes. Multi-client accounts come with roles, permissions and an audit log on every action.
