Identification
The registry data at the top of this page is the mandatory identification required of us by:
- art. 206 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code (KSH) — a limited-liability company must state its firm, registered office and address, the registry court and KRS number, its NIP, and its share capital on its commercial pages and correspondence;
- art. 5 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (UŚUDE) — a service provider must make its identifying data, including an electronic address, continuously and easily accessible;
- art. 12 of the Consumer Rights Act — a trader must give a consumer its identifying and contact data before a distance contract is concluded.

We design, build and operate our own software, sold as a subscription service. We are the seller and service provider of record for every product listed below — we are not a reseller, an agent or an intermediary for anyone else, and we do not provide consulting or bespoke development.

Regulatory position
VAT. We are registered for VAT in Poland. Our EU VAT number is at the top of this page, and we have been a registered VAT payer since 6 August 2022. Invoicing, VAT treatment and KSeF are described in section 7 of the terms.
Payments. We are not a payment institution and we do not hold client funds. Payments are executed by Tpay, the payment system of Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., plac Władysława Andersa 3, 61-894 Poznań, KRS 0000412357, NIP 7773061579, REGON 300878437, share capital PLN 5,494,980 paid in full — a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) and entered in the register of payment services under number IP27/2014. Card and bank credentials are handled inside Tpay’s environment and never reach us.
Data protection. We are the controller for the processing described in the privacy policy and a processor for customer content under the DPA. Our supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa. No data protection officer is appointed; Article 37(1) GDPR does not require one of us, and data protection matters go to the inbox above.
Professional supervision. We are not a regulated profession. We are not auditors, tax advisers, customs brokers or lawyers, and nothing our products produce is professional advice — section 12 of the terms says so in the operative document.
Dispute resolution and consumer authorities
Complaints procedure: section 16 of the terms. Out-of-court options and our stated position on them: section 17. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which is why no link to it appears anywhere on this site.
