AduanaLink is customs software for Colombian foreign-trade operations, built on two decades of know-how from the PRELDE system and rebuilt around what AI can now do with documents. Brokers, importers, exporters, freight forwarders and free-zone operators run nationalisations, exports, Plan Vallejo programmes and FX paperwork from one place, integrated with the systems they are obliged to use anyway.
Three things change the shape of the day. AI cross-references every commercial invoice against its import declaration and flags differences in price, quantity or description before the team transmits — which is the difference between a correction and a DIAN finding. A robot handles EDIFACT transmission and status polling on SIGLO XXI around the clock, so releases don’t wait for someone to arrive in the morning. And a risk engine scores each operation, surfacing the unusual tariff headings and values worth a second look.

How it works
- The operation is opened. Commercial invoices, transport documents and the draft declaration come into one file — import, export, Plan Vallejo or free-zone.
- AI checks the documents against each other. Every commercial invoice is cross-referenced with its import declaration; differences in price, quantity or description are flagged before anything is transmitted.
- The robot files. DAV declarations are generated as EDIFACT and transmitted to SIGLO XXI by a robot that runs 24/7, polls statuses and notifies the team of the levante in real time.
- The rest updates itself. Plan Vallejo quotas, CME FX forms F1–F10 and free-zone FMM movements are kept in step with the declarations and payments they relate to.
